To Find but not be Led

I was told to be a good boy.

To do as I was told.

Listen to my teachers.

Educate myself with another's wisdom.

Pay for the right to earn more money.

Become a contributor to society.

Not to think too deeply on things.

If only they'd told me to die...

I was a good boy...

I did as I was told...

I listened to my teachers..

I was educated on their wisdom..

I paid a price to earn their money..

I contributed to society..

I did not think too deeply on things..

and I died.

A tree may wither and die yet the fruit that it bore can emerge anew.

Whatever has fed you may not be helping you to grow.

Every cell in your body, thought in your head and feeling in your heart,
